Free Tibet ~ hilight tribe * * * * Holding Light * * * * *Today is a big day in vibration and we would be grateful if you would join us in holding and spreading and emanating light all day...Asking your Over Soul for assistance prior to beginning the meditation/energy work is best. ~The Meditation/Energy Work… You can start with asking Heaven to fill you with all the light you are meant to carry… when you receive that light, ask Heaven to show you and make you understand how to hold It and carry it… when Heaven lets you know that you're ready, then ask Heaven to show you how to carry and emanate that light through your fields, out to the planet and through the atmosphere and out into the solar system in the most dense way possible. You want to be able to continue to do this after your meditation/energy work and to hold it and emanate it in a waking state. Asking Heaven to show you how to master that is key… ~To Live This Way Every Day~ This is a beautiful way to live... doing this from one day to the next and the next will allow this to be second nature. *Keys to emanating that light - Holding this intent for eighteen hours straight on the first day and then continuing to do the exercise all day for twenty-two days in a row is best for the programming to be permanent, your neural circuitry and cellular memory and all the other memory, programming and conditioning that creates you and your reality will have full circle energy for its completion and manifestation.
